This event is built around 2 hands-on workshops, but it includes lunch, and drinks—and even a little time to try your luck at getting the top spot at Topgolf Chicago (Schaumburg). Catchpoint On The Road workshops are a place to learn the core principles of digital experience monitoring (DEM) and internet performance monitoring (IPM) by getting hands-on and leaving with new skills in your tool belt.

CDNs are amazing at helping our websites and services perform well no matter where in the world our users are located. But that also makes it challenging to know when they themselves aren’t performing well.
In this session, we’ll explore multiple techniques you can use to verify when the CDN itself is having a problem, rather than your site or service.

The Stack Map Starter Pack
It’s an age-old observability obstacle: You can set up tons of tests, a multitude of monitors, or an abundance of system checks. But understanding how one element fits into the larger application – to say nothing of the user’s experience of that application. Stack Map finds the commonalities among your disparate monitoring elements and displays them in a cohesive view.
In this session, we’ll start small and build our way up so at the end you not only have a useful (and usable) Stack Map, but you have the skills to go back to the office and build one for yourself.
